Mental Math

Mental Math is an application of Mental Imagery, or “Invisible Abacus”

  • Stimulates the Dorsolateral Prefrontal Cortex, linked with regulation of mood, motivation, and higher levels of thinking (Scult et al., 2016)
  • Long-term neural changes and cognitive enhancements (Wang et al., 2020; Volkov, 2018)
